Terms & Conditions
Please read carefully before accepting our terms and conditions:
•I will not leave picnic or equipment unattended under any circumstances. If I would like to leave the picnic early, I will contact a Grandeur's Tech to return ASAP. I am liable for any lost, stolen or damaged property and will be responsible for cost of items.
• If a booking is scheduled with a 14 day advance notice. I understand that the cancellation policy is 48 hours to cancel after booking is confirmed, to receive full refund. Thereafter all sales are final and reservation is NON-REFUNDABLE. Reservations must be cancelled at least 72 hours in advance to receive a credit to reschedule within two (2) months (subject to availability). Food deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE as we use a local vendor and must order and pay in advance to ensure delivery.
•Weather is unpredictable, if your picnic is scheduled outside and weather conditions on the day of your picnic, does not permit your event, you may reschedule your picnic for a later date within two (2) months without penalties. "subject to availability"
•Your picnic starts at the scheduled time you selected during your booking. We understand life isn't perfect, so we give you a 10 minute grace period.

​• Grandeur's DO NOT permit open flame candles at our picnics and will not be held liable for any consequences of an open fire.

•Grandeur’s does not have a liquor license and does not supply alcohol. I am aware that alcohol is not permitted in most public places and I am responsible for any citations given or liable for any injuries or damages to properties, any guests or third parties.
•I understand that Grandeur’s is not responsible for any last minute changes due to rules of a specific public space. If a problem does present which is rare, I am aware that I will not be refunded but I can reschedule. Reservations are not refunded due to the weather but can be rescheduled.
•I will not move tables, umbrellas or any equipment. If you move any equipment and it is broken, you will be responsible for cost of equipment.
•Location of events CAN NOT be changed the day of event. I am aware that Grandeur’s will choose exact location at Public places. If I have any special requests (by a bathroom, under a tree, etc) I will let Grandeur’s know at the time of booking.
•I will be mindful when throwing trash away. Please DO NOT throw away place mats or linen napkins, or napkin ring holders. Please do not put napkin ring holders on top of used plates.
•Charger plates (clear, gold, silver) are for DECORATION ONLY and ARE NOT FOOD SAFE. Please request them at the time of booking. We provide one plate per person.
•I will dispose of any trash from items Grandeur’s DID NOT PROVIDE (bottles, cups, food packaging, leftover food).
•If you would like to make more room on the table please place items in the basket provided. Please DO NOT place items in the sand or grass. Please handle items with care.
•I will put games back in boxes they came in and will handle them with care.
